Hi everyone! I’m sipping my morning coffee and I’m about to play some animal crossing ☀️
It’s a beautiful sunny day, despite it snowing in the night! Much better approach to life than yesterday. How did I fix yesterday? I didn’t, my Bear did, he got me some sweets, haha ^^ It’s been a long while since I had any 🙂
I’m feeling much better after exercising in the morning ❤ And in the mornings I’ve been doing yoga for around a month now! To get the body moving and not injure myself :’)
The usual perception of yoga is that you’re going to ascend to other dimension, your inner eye will open and you’ll be able to disconnect from the material world ~
But hey, we’re talking about exercises 😉 You don’t need to have a long session, 10 minutes is perfectly enough. And what it does is it slooooooows you down. Not only your body, but your mind, racing about what the heck you have to still do during the day. On the other hand, when you’re having a bad “I wanna stay in bed and cry” day, it speeds you up and gives you energy.
Well, at least that’s my experience 🙂 It’s nice to limit yourself, for 10 minutes a day, to just focus on what your body is feeling, and clear your mind. And you do clear your mind somehow because of slow methodical movements, that put you in some sort of trance, haha ^^
From simply physical point of view, it’s perfect for my back, and helps to not feel so stiff. Also, good if you’re doing strengthening exercises, for me it helped stretching the legs properly afterwards :3
My body and mind are definitely feeling better. Maybe because I’m taking the time to do something for my wellbeing everyday? After all, if you’re feeling better, you have more energy and can do better things ^^ Oh, and I’m much more flexible now!
Oke! Don’t know if that makes sense, but to put it simply – I enjoy yoga in the mornings ^^
