I’ve always wanted to have a Polaroid camera. Since I was little, the idea of catching a moment in a picture in just a few seconds fascinated me. And so, I waited and waited. Because you know, film is expensive and you can’t take multiple photos, etc. etc.
BUT taking a picture with this kind of camera is like magic. You don’t edit the photo, if you make a mistake, then the mistake stays. That’s what makes these photos unique. They show your photography skills, or just simply capture the scene with your friends or objects you like 😉
And, for me, they are quite romantic!
Camera I have is instax mini 8! I absolutely love it. Even though I don’t have photography skills at all, haha
We’ve finished 3 Korean lessons so far and I’m pretty happy and proud of myself that I’m finally learning Korean for real. Isn’t it cool? I can say a few basic things and I know hangul a bit better. I knew the characters before, but I’m slowly becoming more fluent at reading the whole sentences.
It is nice having such hobby… I feel smart! Haha
I keep track of my new year’s resolutions in my bullet journal. That’s why I can see that they are actually working. But I can also see that I’m changing really really slowly, and that’s definitely a good thing.
First of all I finished the book “The cat who ate danish modern” by Lilian Jackson Braun. It’s the third book from the series “The cat who” that I read and so far I enjoyed all of them. Series is about Qwilleran – a prize winning reporter with a nose for crime, his two cats and their adventures. Really fun and amazing stories everyone should read.
Next thing is excercising: I excercise everyday. I can feel my muscles coming back to life! And I feel much better about myself. I do excercises for abs, since I can’t really do anything affecting my knee as it still hurts. But don’t give up, don’t give up!
As for creativity, if I have no inspiration I just doodle. And it helps me a lot actually. I got an idea for a game, so look forward to it! The game will be very dreamy :3
When it comes to learning, I learn English and Italian. Italian is very difficult for me since I’m used to Spanish, so I keep on mixing pronouciation and vocabulary. They are way too similar! But I’m trying my best. If I can’t force myself to study I just use Duolingo and Quizlet. That way I won’t forget what I learned before.
What else? I honestly don’t know. I’m trying my best all the time. And I hope I can keep it up the whole year!
Sending you hugs ❤
I wanted to wait until I gather more pieces to show you, but no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t draw anything well. So I’m bringing you only two!
First one is koi fish 🎏 I don’t know much about koi, besides their colour, so I googled a picture and drew the one I saw. And the lotus flower next to it!
In the second picture you can see the mountains, a little bit of sky and the forest. I used watercolour for the sky and mountains. I’m pretty happy with the effect!
I’m trying to get better at colouring (all of my pictures used to be black and white!), drawing and other artistic stuff.
It’s fun! ^^
Have a great day and see you soon!
Thanks to the special someone I could take some cute photos. I’m not a pro, I just like photography. World is truly beautiful and this time I wanted to capture countryside beauty!
A field. I love the colors, it’s a mix of yellow, gold and green.
White flowers. Wild flowers.
A pop of color here and there!
Hello there little guy! These butterflies were really hard to capture.
And blue! But most importantly…
The day was truly beautiful.
I’m so happy I could borrow the camera and go outside!
Ah, the sun, the clear sky. It was truly a pleasure.
But you have to come back home at some point.
I enjoy photography and nature so much. If you have any advice for a beginner photographer please tell me!
Have a good day, see you soon!
